Move the Cocoa-only ipc/ tests into ipc/cocoa

Six ipc/ tests exercise IPC that only exists on Cocoa: an AppKit selector
endpoint, the AVSampleBufferDisplayLayer and LibWebRTC codec proxies, a capture
manager built only from SourcesCocoa.txt, the CoreIPCCGColorSpace coder, and
CoreIPCNSURLRequest. Every non-Cocoa port had to list them one by one, and a new
one lands as an unexplained GLib failure until someone does.
Move them to ipc/cocoa, skipped in the generic expectations and re-enabled on
mac-wk2, ios and visionos, as ipc/mac and ipc/ios already are. Their imports of
coreipc.js are now relative to the parent directory.
The remaining colorspace skips stay: those cover cross-platform regressions and
only need their payload ported to Skia's colorspace format. Group them under one
comment saying so.
