[JSC] Align JSC shell's main thread QoS to WebContent process' one

Reviewed by Keith Miller.
To make performance measurement in JSC shell more aligned to WebContent
process, we call setCurrentThreadIsUserInteractive(-1) to adjust the
main thread's QoS.
