[Site Isolation] Web Inspector: Remove the unnecessary skip and pass
expectations for storage-get-cookies-cross-origin-iframe.html

Unreviewed test gardening.
This test is already forced to be run under Site Isolation. There is no
need to skip it in mac-wk2 only to un-skip it in mac-site-isolation.
(It wouldn't hurt to skip either, but no other tests in our SI-inspector
suite follow that pattern, and the comment in mac-wk2/TestExpectations
makes it confusing why it's still skipped.)
