[CMake] Merge Cocoa port's API test executables into TestWebKitAPI

Reviewed by Richard Robinson.
This matches what Xcode produces and what run-webkit-tests expects.
TestWTF and TestWebKitAPI test executables are built, and the latter
contains tests for JavaScriptCore, WebCore, and WebKitLegacy.
