[WPE][GTK] transferToImageBitmap broken when offscreen WebGL used with

This change marks RemoteGraphicsContextGLProxyGBM::prepareForDisplay()
execution properly so that RemoteGraphicsContextGLProxy::copyNativeImage()
won't bail out early.
