[WPE] Enable landed cross-links and clean up stale TODOs in WPEPlatform docs

Reviewed by Claudio Saavedra.
The browser and platform tutorials have landed, so link them from the
overview and from each other instead of keeping commented-out TODOs.
The audio and video-plane extensions TODO is answered by the migration
mapping table, so point to it. Link the GTK4 platform implementation and
drop the SDL mention, since there is no public implementation to point
to. Remove the misspelled and unused realated key from the gi-docgen
configuration.
