The following WebKit-local test changes are deliberately preserved across
this import rather than reverted to upstream:
- update.css and the 61 references that link it. It mirrors our html.css
appearance:base-select UA rules onto the div-based reference
reconstructions, per 317980@main.
- The transition-duration:0s one-liner in 84 reftests, and 39 WebKit-tuned
fuzzy annotations, both needed for stable snapshotting against those rules.
- select-text-overflow-001/002, added in 321159@main and not yet upstreamed.
- Escape-based picker dismissal in select-home-end-pagedown-pageup{,-detailed}
.optional.html, and Actions-based picker opening in
option-label-in-shadow-tree*, both from 317980@main.
Genuine upstream fixes were taken where they overlapped: display:inline-block
in select-clipping.html, will-change:transform in select-appearance-dark-mode*,
and the new hide-icon cases in select-button-text-and-icon-clipping*.
Three newly imported reftests get the same update.css treatment:
select-base-overflow, select-picker-icon-open-state and select-pseudo-ordering.
select-picker-icon-open-state also needs fuzz for the ::picker-icon glyph
approximation; that approximation does not rasterize identically on Intel, so
select-base-overflow is marked instead and should be fixed upstream.
Rebaselined 8 tests and added 13 new baselines. selectedcontent-mutations
test6/test7/test8 regressed from PASS to FAIL because upstream tightened the
expected MutationObserver records.
Added iOS baselines for the three new <select multiple> tests, which fail on
different assertions there, and updated the iOS selectedcontent-mutations
baseline for the same tightening.
TestExpectations: filterable-select-appearance.html was renamed upstream to
filterable-select-appearance.tentative.html; 8 new base-select reftests and
multiple-pickers-crash.html are marked.
