[GTK][2.54] Build failure due to missing GraphicsTypesGL.h header

Reviewed by Carlos Garcia Campos and Claudio Saavedra.
Use <WebCore/GraphicsTypesGL.h> to ensure that the header is always
found from the forwarding headers directory.
