[AXCustomColorMode] Lay the groundwork for some AXCustomColorMode appearance
detection

AXCustomColorMode runs some detection logic at `didReachVisuallyNonEmptyState`
time,
to adjust its behavior, and needs to get reset between page loads, so hook that
up.
Part of that involves some state getting back to the UI process, which requires
new WebPageProxy message that lives in WebKitAdditions, so add the ability to
have
`serialization.in` files in WebKitAdditions via changes to the message receiver
generation code. This state is plumbed through ChromeClient to the view.
Add a log channel.
