[WPE] run-jsc-benchmarks fails to run inside the SDK

The script that run-jsc-benchmarks creates for running the tests
unconditionally overwrites LD_LIBRARY_PATH, but instead of that
it should append when the variable is already defined.
This was causing crashes when running the tests with WPE inside
the SDK, because it links with the libwpe library that is built
outside of the standard system paths at /jhbuild, and needs the
env var LD_LIBRARY_PATH to include this dir.
