[WPE] WPE 1.1 API build fails to configure due to duplicate source entries

Unreviewed build fix.
310697@main added IconDatabase.cpp and WebKitFaviconDatabase.cpp to
SourcesWPE.txt, but SourcesWPEDeprecated.txt, which the 1.1 API build
appends to it, still listed both. generate-unified-source-bundles.py
rejects the duplicates, so ENABLE_WPE_1_1_API=ON has not configured
since.
