forwardingTargetForSelector:] reads weak internal delegate twice

Return the `internalDelegate` local that was checked with
`-respondsToSelector:` rather than loading the weak `_internalDelegate`
member a second time. The local already holds a strong reference to
the delegate, so the extra weak load is redundant, and returning the
local matches the `_externalDelegate` branch of the same method.
No new tests since no change in behavior.
