[GTK][WPE] ipc/invalid-message-to-web-process-crash.html is flaky

321563@main replaced the WTF::CString argument coder, which exposed
std::span<const char>, with WTF::UTF8CString, which exposes
std::span<const char8_t>. The IPC testing API's JavaScript argument serializer
aliases 'char' to 'uint8_t' but has no entry for 'char8_t', so serializing the
WebTransport close reason throws "Don't know how to serialize element#0 of type
char8_t".
321662@main added that alias to Tools/TestWebKitAPI/Resources/cocoa/coreipc.js,
which is the copy the Cocoa API tests use. The layout test imports
./coreipc.js, which the test server maps to LayoutTests/ipc/coreipc.js, a
separate copy that never got the alias, so the test kept failing.
