[CMake] Remove dead cocoa code and consolidate Info.plist processing

Clean up some mess and some subtle errors in the build configuration.
* Source/WebKit/PlatformCocoa.cmake: Use CMake's native mechanism for
generating a framework's Info.plist, instead of fighting it with extra
copies. Don't create an __info_plist section; that mechanism is only
intended for standalone executables. Remove the same rm -rf of Swift
artifacts that do not exist.
