[Minibrowser] Update User Agents to newer versions

Reviewed by Brent Fulgham.
These user agents string were outdated and were last udpated in 296053@main.
This patch
is just to update them so we hit less captcha issues on websites and observe
any cross browser
behavior based on UA strings during testing more easily.
