Make JavaScript wrapper around contentsToMainFrameView exposed in worlds with
autofill JS enabled

This is kind of like webkitConvertPointFromNodeToPage but actually works with
site isolation and
isn't intended to be removed from the web platform because it's not part of the
web platform.
It's part of the autofill support in WebKit.
This will make it so we no longer need
WKWebView._convertRect:fromFrame:toMainFrameCoordinates:
in our experimental work in Safari.
