[JSC][Wasm] ESM reserved-name checks should skip string constants and builtins

The ESM integration spec applies wasm: and wasm-js: LinkErrors only to
public imports. String-constant imports and recognized builtins are
skipped first. WebKit checked every import field, so a string constant
named wasm:hello failed to link.
