ScaleZ transform function type is printed as "scaleX" in TextStream output

The TextStream operator<< for TransformFunctionBase::Type printed the
ScaleZ case as "scaleX", a copy-paste error that produced incorrect
debug/logging output. Print "scaleZ" instead.
