Suppress -Wunused-templates
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=325160
Reviewed by Patrick Griffis.
Instead of adapting WebKit to build with -Werror=unused-templates, let's
just turn it off. This warning is just broken, at least with Clang
23.1.0. There are too many cases where Clang flags templates as unused
even though they are definitely used.
