[webkit-sysprof] Extend "dump" subcommand with collapsed stacktraces output

This change extends the existing `dump` subcommand of webkit-sysprof
adding a --collapsed-stacktraces argument that instructs the tool to
output the profiling data gathered from given sysprof capture file.
The output produced by --collapsed-stacktraces is in the simple format
representing collapsed stracktraces i.e. stracktraces reported one
stactrace per line in a following format:
function_foo;function_bar;... N
where N is the number of samples that were collected precisely for this
stack trace.
The above format can be processed by flamegraph.pl script from
https://github.com/brendangregg/flamegraph to produce flamegraphs or
by AI agents to quickly digest the profiling data.
As this change requires parsing of extra sysprof capture fragments
it also extends the pythonic .syscap file parser and adds some
mechanims to decode the symbols the way actual sysprof does.
