Reduce padding in TextBreakingPositionContext,
InlineContentConstrainer::EntryPretty, FlexLayoutConstraints and FlexLayoutState

Reorder members to remove padding holes. Sizes on 64-bit (Clang, Clang-cl/MSVC
ABI
and GCC/Itanium ABI all agree):
TextBreakingPositionContext: 24 -> 16 bytes
InlineContentConstrainer::EntryPretty: 96 -> 88 bytes
FlexLayoutConstraints: 88 -> 80 bytes
FlexLayoutState: 32 -> 24 bytes
No behavior change.

Move isHashTableDeletedValue next to the 1-byte enum members, ahead of locale.
* Source/WebCore/layout/formattingContexts/inline/InlineContentConstrainer.h:
Pair the two floats (accumulatedCost, lastLineWidth) ahead of the size_t
members.
* Source/WebCore/layout/formattingContexts/inline/InlineContentConstrainer.cpp:
(WebCore::Layout::InlineContentConstrainer::layoutSingleLineForPretty):
Update the positional EntryPretty initializers to match the new member order.
* Source/WebCore/layout/formattingContexts/flex/FlexFormattingContext.h:
Move minimumLineCount ahead of the bool members so all of the bools and
crossAxisDirection fit in a single 8-byte slot.

Reorder designated initializers to match.
