[GStreamer][WebCodecs] AudioData.copyTo() mishandles frameOffset when
converting interleaved data

Based on a patch by Han Zheng <[email protected]>.
When copying interleaved audio to a different format, the frame offset was
multiplied by the number of channels, and GstMappedAudioBuffer::samples()
stored each deinterleaved sample at its source frame index rather than
relative to the offset. Pass the frame offset as is and store samples
relative to it.
