[Safer CPP] Address Safer C++ static analysis warnings in WebCore/css CSSOM
code

Reviewed by Rupin Mittal.
Fix Safer C++ warnings in the CSSOM files under Source/WebCore/css and update
the expectations accordingly. Hot code used during style resolution and selector
matching is left alone.
