  -----------
Remove an unneeded repaint() when an <option>'s disabled attribute changes
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=325907

Reviewed by Ryosuke Niwa.

An <option> repainted its renderer when its disabled attribute changed, if that
renderer had a native appearance. This was copied from HTMLFormControlElement in
99157@main, when <option> stopped being a form control, and became a plain
repaint() in 275339@main. Form controls need it because the theme paints their
disabled state, but an <option> never has a native appearance that paints
differently when disabled. The :disabled and :enabled style invalidation
already repaints what changes, including, through willResetComputedStyle(), the
<select> that paints the options of a list or dropdown box.

No change in behavior.
