Fix 3 TestWebKitAPI.ProcessSwap tests with site isolation enabled

Reviewed by Brady Eidson and Megan Gardner.
They used to hit the same assertion I fixed in 321949@main, but now they just
need expectations updates.
When PSON or site isolation is enabled, we expect a cross-site navigation to
swap processes.
