AX: VoiceOver can't press buttons with pointer-events: none, like the menu
buttons in apple.com's global navigation

On apple.com, each menu in the global navigation is toggled by a <button
aria-expanded> that sits over the end
of the menu's link, and has pointer-events: none unless it's keyboard focused.
300596@main made AXCoreObject::supportsPressAction() return false for anything
with pointer-events: none, so
this button stopped advertising AXPress. VoiceOver then clicks the button's
center instead, which lands on the
link underneath, so VO-Space never opens or closes the menu. Space still works,
since the keyboard activates
the button directly.
pointer-events: none only affects pointer input. Implicitly interactive
elements, like buttons, links and form
controls, can still be activated without a pointer, so only let pointer-events:
none rule out pressability we
infer for other elements from click handlers, which is the case 300596@main was
about.
