[line-clamp] Keep nothing but the block ellipsis on a fully displaced line

When the block ellipsis displaces all the content of the clamped line, the
inline box start (and any float or
out-of-flow box placed before the content) stayed on that line, and inline
boxes made the line taller.
Now the line reverts to its start, so everything moves to the next line with
the content, and only the root
inline box strut sizes the line (open inline boxes keep their fragment but
don't stretch it).
