[CMake] Embed WebKitTestRunner's Info.plist in its executable on macOS

Reviewed by Zak Ridouh.
Standalone executables need an an embedded __info_plist section. Needed
for WTF::applicationBundleIdentifier() and isRunningTest(), and to
avoid crashes in privateClickMeasurement tests.
