[CMake] Build more TestWebKitAPI tests that only Xcode compiled

Reviewed by Zak Ridouh.
Several test sources that Xcode compiles (through membershipExceptions)
were missing from the CMake lists, so their tests never ran. Add them,
along with resources they need.
* Source/WebKit/PlatformCocoa.cmake: One source
(FullscreenTouchSecheuristicParameters.cpp) was marked iOS only, but
its test is run cross-platform. Move it to the right list.
* Tools/TestWebKitAPI/PlatformCocoa.cmake:
