[CMake] Build webpushd, webpushtool and adattributiond on macOS

On macOS, WebKit was linking stubs in place of WebPushDaemonMain and
WebPushToolMain, so the webpushd built there exited immediately.
Compile the real entry points into WebKit and define the daemons for
every Cocoa SDK. Use the same relocatable framework linker flags, and
minimal entitlements as the Xcode build. Copy
com.apple.WebKit.webpushd.mac.sb on macOS and map <WebKit/Logging.h>
(used by webpushd) as a project header.
