[Win] Gardening of tests - 2026-10-03
Unreviewed test gardening.
Garden the failures of the last 237 Win-Tests-EWS runs
(322239@main-322487@main).
Rebaseline two tests whose Windows output is correct but differs: the WebGL
test skips
the VideoFrame and captureStream() cases, and Windows layers report
usingTiledLayer.
Skip the new tests of features the Windows port does not support (AudioData,
the Cookie
Store API, VP9 playback through Media Foundation), and mark two real failures.
Expect GPU process crashes in all WebGL tests (webkit.org/b/326176): a crash is
never
considered flaky, so they fail the first run in about 70% of the runs and make
EWS run all
the tests again. A webgl entry in platform/win overrides the generic webgl
entries, so
these are restated with Crash.
Mark the consistently flaky tests, and skip
workers/weblock-manager-query-crash.html
(webkit.org/b/326177).
Move the expectation of
http/tests/IndexedDB/transaction-commit-pending-requests-stop.html
to the generic TestExpectations, as it is flaky on all platforms
(webkit.org/b/325521).
