[Image Redux] Prepare for virtual draw functions by having Style::Image's
draw functions take lambdas

Refactors the tile and nine-piece drawing code in StyleImage.cpp to use new
Style::Image::drawTiledUsing() and
Style::Image::drawNinePieceUsing() helpers, which take lambdas rather than a
resolved WebCore::Image. These
will be used by Style::Image subclasses to implement tile/nine-piece drawing
without specialized WebCore::Image
subclasses of their own (e.g. Style::GradientImage will not need to create a
WebCore::GradientImage).
Also adds a drawIntoDestination() helper for Style::Image subclasses to
implement the source to destination
mapping for a basic draw, also using a lambda.
