[EWS][GTK][WPE] Query results-db per architecture
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=326235
Reviewed by Carlos Alberto Lopez Perez.
GTK and WPE EWS ask results-db whether a failing test is already known to
fail on main, but the query only names the platform, style and flavor, so
the answer pools the post-commit bots of every architecture. WPE has x86_64
and arm64 post-commit bots with about the same number of runs, so a test
that fails only on arm64 gets a pass rate near 50%, and the x86_64 EWS
treats it as a pre-existing failure even when the change breaks it there.
14 of the tests gardened as failing only on arm64 are in that situation.
Include the architecture of the EWS worker in the query on GTK and WPE.
Other platforms keep querying across architectures.
