Web Inspector: add basic WGSL syntax highlighting

Add a custom CodeMirror mode `wgsl` that is used for text with a `text/wgsl`
MIME.
Just like `x-shader/*` MIME, it adds additional keywords, types, builtins, etc.
on top of the existing `clike` mode.
