[Image Redux] Make Style::CachedImage draw itself (for SVG resources)

Reviewed by Darin Adler.
Moves SVG resource image drawing code from WebCore::SVGResourceImage (which
gets deleted) to Style::CachedImage.
For non-SVG resource image drawing, Style::CachedImage renames
Style::CachedImage::image() to resolvedImage(),
and uses the Style::Image::draw...Resolved() family of functions to handle the
drawing.
