Site isolation: test_driver.click cannot resolve a cross-process subframe
element's top-window coordinate, so synthetic clicks (and bless()) miss

Reviewed by Anne van Kesteren.
Use boundingBoxInMainFrameViewCoordinates instead of
boundingBoxInRootViewCoordinates
so that the activation happens at the right coordinates even when the site
isolation is enabled.
