Reviewed by Jonathan Bedard.

The test asserted that resolving a far range in a document with 120,000 sibling
line breaks took less than three
times as long as with 60,000. Wall-clock ratios are too noisy on the bots,
where it failed about a third of the
time in Release, and debug builds timed out every run.

Replace it with a test that resolves a far range in a document with 5,000
sibling line breaks and checks the result.
