Address Safer C++ warnings in WebCore/animation

Reviewed by Rupin Mittal.
Protect call arguments and pass the interpolation callbacks directly to
interpolateKeyframes(), whose parameters are NOESCAPE.
This tested as performance neutral on Speedometer and MotionMark.
