[CMake] Fix the Mac Debug build after 322905@main

322905@main added JSCellInlines.h to WebCorePrefix.h. With PCH codegen, every
inline
function in that header and the headers it includes is now compiled into each
WebCore
PCH object. Some of those functions call JavaScriptCore functions that are not
exported.
Release builds strip the unused copies with -dead_strip. Debug builds keep
them, so
linking WebCore fails with undefined symbols.
Export the JavaScriptCore symbols those inline functions call.
