[JSC] Release exception scope in asyncFromSync iterator functions

Reviewed by Mark Lam.
Add missing scope releases from asyncFromSync iterator functions and
asyncModuleResolveEvaluation to satisfy the validator, as the callers already
all correctly check for exceptions. The only exception that can be thrown in
these sites is the termination exception.
No tests are added as timing the termination exceptions is flaky.
