Use the generated exposure check when deserializing CryptoKey

312502@main made CryptoKey deserialization fail outside a secure context
with a check specific to CryptoKey. Since 322966@main the generated
JSCryptoKey::isExposedInGlobalObject() covers that through
[SecureContext], so use it for every global object and remove the
special case.
No change in behavior.
