Reorder ElementRareData members to remove extra padding
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=326627
rdar://189368475
Reviewed by Ryosuke Niwa.
m_visibilityAdjustment (a 1-byte OptionSet) sat between two pointer-sized
members near the end of ElementRareData, wasting 7 bytes of padding. Meanwhile
there was a 2-byte hole after m_contentRelevancy (2 bytes), which is followed
by the 4-byte-aligned m_savedLayerScrollPosition.
Moving m_visibilityAdjustment next to m_contentRelevancy fills that hole and
removes the 8-byte slot at the end:
- Clang, arm64 / x86_64 (Apple, Linux): 280 -> 272 bytes
- MSVC ABI, x64 / arm64: 288 -> 280 bytes
- 32-bit (armv7, i686): 152 -> 148 bytes
