[Image Redux] Remove CachedImage image size functions

The last uses of the CachedImage image size functions were RenderSVGImage and
LegacyRenderSVGImage which used
CachedImage::clampedImageSize() in their preserveAspectRatio=none special case.
We can instead use the natural
dimensions directly, allowing us to remove all the CachedImage image size
functions.
With CachedImage::imageSize() gone, the last use of
SVGImage::resolvedIntrinsicSize() is also removed so it
is removed as well.
