[CMake] Support building Cocoa CMake port in CI
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=324265
rdar://187255939
Reviewed by Ryan Haddad.
Support passing --cmake in builder configuration. When it's present,
install CMake and Ninja on the machine using the same steps we use for
Safer-C++.
When archiving, add additional exclusion rules to ignore build internals
and intermediate data, since CMake does not have the same separation
between products and intermediate directories as Xcode.
