[CMake] Link libWebKitSwift.dylib into WebKit.framework/Frameworks on macOS

When libWebKitSwift.dylib is not on DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH, WebKitSwiftLibrary()
loads it from WebKit.framework's Frameworks directory. Create the symlink there
as Xcode does and as the iOS CMake build already does.
