[CMake] Swift modules recompile on every build on Linux because the depfile
lists swiftc's virtual libstdc++ module.modulemap

On Linux, swiftc overlays its libstdcxx.modulemap onto the libstdc++
include directory through a virtual file system, and reports that
virtual module.modulemap as a dependency. The file does not exist on
disk, so ninja considered the rebuild trigger edge always dirty and
rebuild_trigger.py treated it as changed, recompiling the Swift module
on every build.
Drop dependencies that do not exist on disk when merging the depfile.
