RenderFragmentContainerRange::m_rangeInvalidated is uninitialized when
default-constructed

RenderFragmentContainerRange has a defaulted default constructor, but
m_rangeInvalidated had no initializer, so a default-constructed range
left it indeterminate. The range is stored as the mapped value of
m_fragmentRangeMap, and hash tables default-construct values. Give the
member a default initializer of false.
