[GTK] Japanese translation has typos and mistranslations

Unreviewed.
Fix typos (missing particles) and mistranslations in ja.po.
"Enable tabs to links" was translated as browser tabs, "repaint counters"
as repainting the counters, and "compatibility workarounds" as compatible
workarounds.
