[WTF][Android] The log channels are read from a property value that is no
longer valid

logLevelString() keeps the value that __system_property_read_callback() passes
to its callback and reads it after the callback returns, when it is no longer
valid, so setting debug.WPEWebKit.log only works by chance. Copy the value
inside the callback.
Tested on an Android emulator: lists of channels and "-Channel" exclusions now
work.
