Avoid ObjC type encoding assertion
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=326816
rdar://189516889
Reviewed by Ryosuke Niwa.
The latest version of clang hits an assertion when it builds the Objective-C
type string for a C++ type whose field sits in the spare tail bytes of a
[[no_unique_address]] member, as std::expected does (rdar://189512757). This
marks the two internal methods that return std::expected by value NS_DIRECT, so
no type string is generated for them. The call sites don't change.
